Trofei dei migliori prodotti biologici e in conversione
Al termine del concorso, vengono assegnati i trofei per il Miglior vino biologico, la Miglior birra biologica e il Miglior liquore o distillato biologico.
Questi riconoscimenti sono attribuiti alla birra e al liquore o distillato che ottengono il punteggio più alto.
Per quanto riguarda i vini, quelli con le migliori valutazioni di ogni tavolo vengono degustati una seconda volta da una "Grand Jury", la cui missione è quella di eleggere il miglior vino del concorso.
Questi trofei premiano la qualità dei prodotti, il loro terroir e il rispetto per il loro ecosistema, oltre a rendere omaggio al lavoro in agricoltura biologica. Garanzia di eccellenza, accrescono il prestigio dei campioni premiati.
